Thread: LMAO at this validation response

I was served a summons to appear in court for a charge off that the CA was attempting to sue me for. I found this board and asked a few questions and read a ton of things. I sent off a validation letter and requested the accounting statment. It was ignored and then I got a call and was offered a settlement offer. I went to court and stated to the judge about my request for validation and the offer for settlement after the 3rd request was made. Today, I get in the mail, "the requested documentation" so they say. Total BS a photcopy of the credit card application. I have never laughed so hard......
Thanks to all of you for your advice and knowledge!
My next step if to sue them for several violations.
