Last month after months of reading and being envious of everyoneâ??s progress, I decided to take the plunge and get EQâ??s Credit Watch. When I signed up with my AMX the first screen I saw said...sorry we are unable to process your request at this time...I thought it meant they werenâ??t able to pull my report right then and there. I did DHâ??s next ...same thing. The next day I tried to access CW again and the screen came up but under services available nothing was there...So I called the 800 number for tech support and they said it was a technical error on their part and as soon as it was cleared up they would email me to let me know I could access the account. Being impatient I ordered a scorepower that worked fine for me but not DH. I thought maybe I could reorder and the CW said I already have CW so I canâ??t order that product. Then I called tech support to see what was going on and they said it would take about five days to fix the technical error...so I waited...today CW let me in and the screen said Sorry your free trial to CW has expired if you want to continue put your cc number in. I called tech support back again and the girl said no YOU canâ??t get CW at this time until the â??technical glitchâ? is corrected it has nothing to do with you or your report it is just a â??glitchâ? and until it is fixed you canâ??t have CW Anybody else have the GEORGE FACTOR with CW and what can you do about it...I donâ??t really want a scorepower at 12.95 every 30 days!!!!!!?????
okay the latest claim by EQ...There are millions of consumer files that now have a formatting problem and can not be accessed by CW...the problem may be fixed in two weeks or two years they don't know...anyone else have this problem. they did offer to let me get email notification of changes to my file with no score or report for the special offer price of 59.45:{, :{:, {:, :{
