I'm sorry you guys have had so much trouble with MBNA. I'm not a MBNA plant, just a satified customer. I had a line of credit with them, and they also gave a Mastercard with the same credit limit as the line of credit (it's listed on my credit report as two separate accounts). I've never had this happen before, but who's complaining. I love their site, which allows you to see all transactions, and download your statement into Quicken or Money 99. AND I can pay my bill online. When I transferred the balance to Nextcard (which offered me a lower interest - after the introductory period, than I was paying with MBNA), MBNA lowered my interest rate to match the rate of Nextcard.
