I was looking at my cr's and an old CO almost out of SOL and on two it says credit card, on EX it is reading MEDICAL.
This was a credit card from Chase.
I have laid low all this time as it is almost ready to be SOL.
Anyway I am not going to dispute I don't think as I do not want to awaken someone,or do you think I should dispute?
I do want to know why on EX it is stating this debt as MEDICAL instead of CC ?
    Thanks

If you were in WWI, would you climb up from a trench and jump up and down on a mound of debris screaming, "Hey, look, it's me, take your best shot!"?

Because CRA reports often have errors in them.

One wrong mouse click is all it takes to make a TL read wrong. Somebody somewhere clicked...

I figured, just never saw a medical debt on my report before. On a good note, I had paid off a Discover Card that was CO'd a few years back. Last month I spoke to someone at Discover Card and asked them if they could delete the neg tradeline. The man said he would see what she could do. Well as of this week it is OFF on all my reports.
It was going to off as of 2009. I didn't think they would just take it off, but happy that it is gone.
I checked my real FICO for TU(I get it for free thru a WM CC)and it jumped 30 points.
I also want to say, when I get someone if I don't like the sound of their voice or they seem stupid, I hang up and try another.
It usually works well for me this way : )
