Mortgage approved...

Just wanted to thank all of you...

Back in Sept. - Nov. of last year... I had a ton of negative info. on my CR's... With the help of this forum... form letters...primers...etc.. I've managed to get myself way above 700 in FICO's.. got a ton of negative info. removed from my wife's FICO's..

And finally have been approved for 180K for a mortgage... I asked the loan officer to cap it at 130K just so we don't get crazy...

I live in the Dallas metro area.... and we'll be getting something here in the next couple of months..

I kind of disappeared after the "big upheavel" several months ago when alot of people gave up the ghost... But I did keep an eye on things... I'm just glad that the "power posters" stayed around. Without all of you I would have not had a chance..

So I would like to thank some of you for your insight, encouragement, etc... and the huge file folder full of letters, green cards, reciepts, nutcase responses...and everything else that made this happen for my wife and I.

Thanks..

These are just a few... but to everyone who posts here as well... I hope you all gain or glean something from the plethra of information available here... It can be done... SCREW CCCS...and everybody else.... YOU CAN DO IT!

Thanks again... I'll get off the podium now...

:)

They never take it off the report when we make it right so why should we take it off the docket when they do?
