Hmm let me look through my files and get some research on that. I know I remember seeing a template somewhere on the net,
1. Various "forms" exist. They must be changed to meet the rules of your court. 2. There is more to a compel motion than just filling something out. 3. If you file a motion to compel, expect the other side to insist that you follow the rules of your court. 4. Those rules might require you to do things such as certify that you've seriously attempted to solve whatever the problem is by directly talking with the other side, not just by sending them an angry letter. 5. If you don't do these things, whatever your rules say they should be, expect the other side to use that against you.
