Hi, To be honest, I haven't made any attemps to vacate this judgment just yet. All I have to do is come up with a reason. I know they creditor will not show up (why would they? They got their money). But what I'm wondering is if the court has a record of how many times I have disputed this with the CRA (twice w/ EXP and once w/ TU). I don't want the judge to not grant me a court case because they think I'm trying to repair my credit. You know who else is trying to do the same thing is Ender. Might want to check with him and see what he's done.
