that would be very good if it is the FICO score, if it is the free score provided by TU it is not a score that will ever be looked at by a lender. I like to call it FAKO, and it has not relation to the real FICO score.
u can buy it in the TU website. u have a choice between the free report and score or the report and FICO score for $12.95.
Even if the score was 50 pts off that would be a 714 and that is still A+ credit...don't get discouraged about the FAKO deal. I would LOVE to have a 714
............Hey wait a minute!!!! You mean to tell me that the score that comes directly from TU along with their updated reports (those you get when you dispute something) is the FAKO score? Here I thought this was the real one and the third party scores where the FAKO scores. Are you saying the ONLY real score is the one you buy from the site for $12.95??? ???????????? DAMN!!!
LOL. The TU FAKO is the original FAKO, I think On any given day, mine is between 632 and 740. Currently somewhere in the 680's (dropped 20pts when my Amex updated with $800 lower balance and my Chase went $147 higher)
My TU FAKO hasn't changed in 3 or 4 months. I have had a new positive tradeline added and an inquiry that got deleted. Charlie
I just wanted to make sure because I heard people complaining that when the $12.95 score was pulled, they were reporting hard inquiries being placed on their credit reports. If all is clear, then I will try it. Thx, Raj
