NCO Group??

Just noticed that there is an inquiry on friend's credit report from NCO Group. Inquiry was from August 2000 and shows up on TU report. There are no listings from this collection agency anywhere on any of the credit reports. Should this just be ignored or what?

IF it's just an inquiry the two year SOL is up this month so he dodged a bullet.
