Need Help getting started, please!

I've been reading CreditNet for about 6 months. I feel like I'm starting to get the hang of it, but desperately want some advice

Here's the general outline of the bad stuff on my Equifax:

I've already cleaned up my previous addresses, etc.

Citibank--Status R1 History: 1 Time 60 days late; 3 Times 90+ days late. Previous status: 12/01 - R5; 11/01 - R5; 10/01 - R4 Settlement Accepted on this account

MBNA America--Status R9. Previous Payment HIstory: 1 time 30 days late; 1 time 60 days late; 3 times 90+ days late. Previous Status: 12/01 - R5; 10/01 - R4. "Charged Off Account Credit Card"

Nextcard--Status R9. Previous Payment History: 1 time 30 days late; 1 time 60 days late: 3 times 90+ days late. Previous Status: 12/01 - R5; 10/01 - R4. "Account transferred or sold Charged Off Account"

I recently disputed all of these accounts as not mine. Here are the responses from Equifax:

Citibank: Equifax verified that this item belongs to you. Additional information has been provided from the original source regarding this item. See Enclosed Credit File."

MBNA: Equifax has verified that this tiem has been reported correctly

Nextcard: Equifax verified that this item belongs to you.

There are no details about what was provided to verify that these accounts are mine, etc.

What's my next step? Is there a really well-written letter out there somewhere requesting either the additional info or saying that since they haven't provided that info they should remove the items from my credit report?
