Thread: Need Sample Letter For Outdated

Does anybody have a sample letter for outdated negative items on CR? If so, could you post one for me.

I am in the process of beginning my credit repair. Thanks.

This sorts of things don't have to be complicated, --you will also learn the reps at the CRA's have the mentality of an uneducated two year old. Keep it simple:


Dear CRA:

You are reporting xyz tradeline acct no. .......
The information is obsolete please delete.

Thanks very much! I hate to ask these seemingly stupid questions, but I have never dealt with the problem if repairing my credit. Again thanks for the direction.

Somebody here just told me yesterday - the only stupid questions are the ones that aren't asked.
