Thread: Need Sos Asap

I am about to go to court for a summons I received at work for MRC Receivables. I know I do not owe this debt. I am part of a class action suit just recently started against this company for a privacvy letter they sent out etc, however as court is quickly approaching I can not find my paperwork for this suit, does anyone out there know about the suit against MRC or Midland Credit Management. Any information would be greatly appreciated, Thanks and please wish me luck in court this afternoon.

Maybe you should get a copy of the suit at your court. Of course did you appear and answer, is that required?

Thanks for your input. Yes I appeared fist and denied this is my debt. Second apperance in a few minutes at 11:00 AM court, hope all goes well.

I have a copy of my credit report shoiwing zero balance with the original credit card co. I will ask to see what evidence they have that this is my debt.
There is a class action suiot againt RMC Receivables I would like to get information abbout that suit.
