My new Bank of America Platinum Visa arrived in the mail today. Has anyone been able to get them to improve terms right away? I can't really complain about what they gave me ($8,600 cl @ 10.9%) but I know there is a 9.9% rate.
I PFB'd right away, I applied online and it said 9.9% APR, but when I got he card and activated it, they said 11.99, so I sent a PFB saying I wouldn't use it until it was fixed. They responded with a "we're looking into it, please wait 10 business days" So a little over a month later I emailed the guy and said fix it or close it. He said he meant to get back to me and gave me the 9.9 plus 4.75 BT for the life with no fees.
