Well, I'm scared to death. I read a thread here where someone either got a new mortgage or a refi and suffered a 30 point drop in score. I refi'ed in December. It is not showing up on my cr. I thought my score would go up as I refi'ed for a higher mortgage. After reading the threads, it appears that I should be ready for a huge drop. What's the bottom line here??
