hello gr8 site! i have a question. i had some old collection accounts on the big 3. i paid these with the collection agency and they agreed to have the items deleted from my credit report completly ( have a letter from the collection agency stating they will delete- signed and dated) well guess what.....they are now showing paid rather than gone! i have called the collection agency several several times and they do not bother to return my calls. does any one have some ideas of which way i should head....dispute the accuracy with cra, or a different route.
