Thread: Nexcard not reported as closed

My Nexcard account has been closed when NextBank went bankrupt. But on my CR it is still reported as open with a balance (although it has been paid off).
It seems that nobody did the "final" report to report this card as closed with zero balance

Does anybody know how what can I do about it?
