Thread: no experian report access

anyone else having problems getting their exp report throught credit expert today?

I haven't been able to get one for a week.

I have been unable to access my rpt this morning. Received msg saying report requires special handling and gave CS number. I pulled my rpt last night w/ no problem so this started today. I haven't threatened litigation or anything so I don't know what's going on...

Same exact problem here... What gives... (Of course noone answers the phone on saturday)

I get this message:

We're sorry. We experienced a system problem and we are unable to provide your personal credit report for online viewing at this time. You may want to try again later.

But I did send a strong letter recently which probably caused them to close my access.

strange, but I can access my wife's report no problem.

I just got mine through Experian site directly using an old report number on the request investigation link. No problem. P.S. I canceled credit expert last month

im getting the same message kit is getting. since yesterday, and it is still happening as of this morning. I've not sent them any mean letters or anything.

this is frustrating because they gave me a canned email reply yesterday and now they appear to be closed until monday.
