Thread: NOT MAKING PAYMENTS!!

I HAVE A FREIND THAT CHARGED UP A CARD AND SKIPPED TOWN. WILL NOT MAKE PAYMENTS. BESIDES RUINING HIS CREDIT, WHAT CAN THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY DO TO RETRIEVE THE MONEY?

This is true and there are books out on cheating the bill collector

Loompanics a controversial but reliable publisher is there at Loompanics.com Also Nolo.com has self help legal books. I agree with the above post except creditors or collectors cannot use small claims courts and they must serve in compliance with applicable state law.
