Wow. What an attitude. I felt like a criminal.

They added my married name to the report and then added my married name again but using two different letters at the end of the name, so it looked like this:

    Shirley Johnson (maiden name)
    Shirley Ross
    Shirley Robb

Yesterday, I called them to get it removed and mentioned that there was an address listed that I never resided at. He said he would fix it.

I went to pull my report online today to see if they fixed it and it says: We are unable to process your request, please call 1-800-.....

Do they disable online viewing while investigation is going on?

No. Call the number. They probably had someone else's info mixed in with yours, and will re-verify your I.D. before giving you online access. Happens.

Hubby just got this message and we were zinging along just fine..now Experian is doing this. They will want proof of something...and once in, that will do it. Go figure..it's a game!
