Thread: Offer and Compromise

Does anyone have an 'offer and compromise' sample letter? The collection agency validated a debt and I would like to see if they will delete with a partial payment. I'll even go full payment for a full deletion. I just don't know where to look for this type of letter.

Do a search for "settlement letters" I found a couple that I used. I put them together and modified them for my situation.
