I'm SO excited, can you tell??? I've had really good luck just disputing with the CRA's. Most of my debt was old, and all paid. The only one still reporting on all 3 CRA's was Filenes (32 90+ day lates, ouch!) I disputed w/ each CRA 2+ times, and always verified. I wrote a nice letter via PFB this week, and am waiting to hear from them. I checked my EXP report today, and the lates are ALL GONE!!!!! It's reporting at paid, never late. I thought I was going to go to the grave w/ Filenes on my report. I don't have access to equifax, but I'm going to try to get a new TU today, to see. YIPPEEE!!!! Thank you PFB!!! Now I just have to wait until the investigation on my judgement (2 out of 5 deleted so far) and I won't have anymore derogs (well, sears, but that falls off on it's own in 4-5 months anyway, so it doesn't count)!! YEAH!! thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! Also, it was due to come off in 2004, but now it says 2009. Oh well, as long as it's a good tradeline!!
