    [Edit: Equifax fails to fix THEIR mistakes, not hers. I love typos...]

    This is great! According to the story the suit is likely to be appealed, but this could put the CRAs on high alert that it's time to take reporting accurate info a little more seriously. (Fingers Crossed...)

    Nice.

    Even if appealed and she receives a far smaller award this still should open eyes to what could happen if they continue to try to play God with our reports.....

    ......reporting without consequences, the tip of the iceberg of the beginning of the end?

    Cautiously hoping for the latter but concerned that it's the former...Time will tell!

    Well, this was a rediculously egregious case. If anyone with a quarter of a brain cell saw the errors, they would have been able to see them.

    To me it just goes to show the lack of checks and balances in a completely broken system. Good for her.
