Palisades removed...

    I posted this yesterday in another thread but thought I'd announce it.

    Plaisades was removed form my reports yesterday after a validation letter and a Bill Bauer special asking for bonding info.

    They went down without a wimper...

    Interesting.

    Palisades went off my report after I disputed it as not mine. Of course it truly was not mine, but that's besides the point I think :eek:)

    That was with Experian. I'm still waiting to hear from Equifax, mainly because the first time I called they claimed there wasn't anything from Palisades on my report. It was from a tri-merge so I figured it was an error, until I signed up for Privista and found OSI/Plisades on my report...

    Equifax sometimes doesn't remove Gulf States et al listings even when Gulf States tells them to do so.

    Which is of course another violation.
