I submitted a PFB letter to Cap One regarding reported lates; I was laid off after 9/11 when business slowed down and missed a payment.

My letter was sent 5/19. I read here that most people hear from Mr. Cooke within 0ne or two days. Should I resubmit the letter or wait a bit longer?

    I appreciate any ideas?

    Re: PFB Cap One Resubmission

Wait a bit longer...Mr. Cooke maybe on vacation or really busy...

After a week or so...try sending an email to...webinfo@capitalone.com

and make it "Attention to Mr. Eugene Cooke"
