Thread: PFB problems?

Ok, I've been trying to wrtie cap one via PFB the past 2 days, but everytime I enter the my letter and hit the <continue> button, it returns with "unexpected error".
Anybody else having problems like this?

Try typing an "a" and continuing on to the last page of editing (where you select the names) and paste in your letter there. I had a hard time cutting & pasting until I did it that way.
