Hello all,

I was wondering about all of us who have had success via planetfeedback with Capital One. The person I delt with told me I could call him at any time if I had any further concerns. I would like to lower or eliminate the Annual Fee on both of my cards. I am also considering combining the cards. How long do you think I should wait before taking him up on his offer.

Seriously, I wouldn't hesitate to call freqently, as long as I've tried the conventional CS/Retention route first.
