SOMEBODY SUGGESTED IT WAS A PROFIT DENIAL~~~NOT A F.I.C.O. DENIAL

After 24+ years of NO LATES and NO OVER-LIMITS...I WOULDN'T START NOW...that's how they make a bunch of money besides 20%+ interest (for some)...

    DENIED!!!

I haven't had any luck with them in trying to remove old late pays. I have an account that they closed and I am paying on. I have tried to get 2 lates removed but they wont do it.

I'll try a pay for deletion soon but I dont think they will do it as they have nothing to gain.

Why would they want me to pay it off when they can make 23% interest. I'll mention Chapter 7 and see if they bite.

Good luck with them. I hate them.

So you're going to call them and ask to remove the lates and mention BK? I don't get it...why would that be to your benefit?

I would do it as a last resort. After they refuse to delete, I would probably just throw it as an afterthought:
"oh, well if I cant get some relief, looks like Chapter 7 may be the way to go"

Just plant a thought in their minds and see if they move. Its a last resort, nothing to loose effort.
