quick question/re: case law

    Hello everyone!!!


    Would anyone happen to have a link that I can get to on acutual case law. (Pennsylvania)

    I'm looking for one case inparticular Nolan v. Sutton
    Landlord/tenant.

    I have been on the web for the last 2 1/2 hrs trying to find something and I'm coming up with nothing

    any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Westlaw used to have a free 30 day trial. Not sure if they still do, but you might want to check there. They will call you a bunch of times trying to get you to subscribe.

    Lexis has a pay as you go program. In order to get the transcript of the case they will charge a one time fee of $9...here is the site:

    All you have to do is put the names abc v def in the box and it will find it for you. Hope this helps,

    Everyone thanks so much for all the great info. I did find what I was looking for. I did the pay as you go deal.
    this information is for my niece. the landlord took all of her security deposit $889.00. After I took a look at her lease and the breakdown they sent her with the no refund check, this complex is in violation of a few things, so I was trying to find some case law for her, because she is taking them to court
