    Hi,

Today I received an updated CR that verified an account that I had disputed. I noticed that the DOLA has been raged from 2001 to 1/2003.

I want to send a letter to the CRA and demand that they delete the entry for reporting inaccurate information by reaging the account. I am having a hard time determining exactly what law specifies that an account cannot be reaged and the penalties associated.

Anyone successfully settled with a CRA for cash over a reaged account?

I have the attitude that they have violated the law and not only should they delete the entry they should be hit where it hurts as well...the pocket book.

Any suggestions on the most effective approach to take would be greatly appreciated.
