I'm in the process of refinancing my mortgage. The underwriter is requiring that I remove eleven student loan disputes from my credit reports. I have no clue how the disputes were even made. I have 800+ credit score and have no debt besides my mortgage, however for whatever reason...there are eleven disputes written in the details of my eleven student loans with Citibank. I have had these student loans paid off since 2010 and I am in good standing with Citibank. It even states that the students loans are paid in full in the credit report.

I was able to speak with a Citibank representative who informed me the dispute remarks could have been written for a variety of silly reasons, like changing the information on my loan, etc Regardless, I have spoken with Citibank, and they are researching internally whether they can remove the eleven dispute from my credit report. I will be notified by mail withing thirty days.

I have been able to contact Equifax and Transunion who both have open up cases to review whether they can each remove the dispute from my credit report. However, I am unable to reach someone from Exsperian who is able to assist me with my disputes. I reach a representative, but they will not me since I do not have a reference/report number. I'm very frustrated with Exsperian. Does anyone have any contact information for Exsperian?

I'm planning to write and fax a request to remove all eleven loan disputes. TIA!
