Hello First off all let me start by saying Thank You and sorry if I have posted this in the incorrect section

Well I found a post that spoke of charging a 100 for the 3 steps to remove the above . Read the whole thing but no HELP :(

1 I have a tax lien which was paid in full a couple of years ago but doesn't state (Equifax)

2.I have a civil lien which I know was from 96/97 but shows a date of 2001
    (Equifax)

    Experian

    shows the tax lien satistfied
shows the civil claim the same as above the civil claim is a claim from a apartment complex

If at all possable I would like to have both removed I know the civil lien is 10 years right and or can be resubmited. But I do appreciate your help in me repairing my credit .

I am still doing research and need to obtain my credit score just dont understand all my credit says pay on time never late but cant get approve for anything . So I am trying to stream line so I can get a home .

You would want to dispute the status and date paid. If verified, ask for a description of the procedures they used to verify it.
