Does anyone ever use a BT check to deposit the full available balance of a cc into a checking account and pay off the new cc balance a few days later. I want to get points for nothing basically on my GM card. So will those points count if i pay the card off after cashing the check. it seems that you earn the 5% for all purchases and not for what your statement is.
You wont get points for cash or BT transactions. You can use your high interest cards that give you rewards to make a large ticket purchase and then transfer to your 0% balance. www.creditsense.com
