Just wanted to find out if FUSA is quick to sue once you start validation with their CA's ?? I have a letter from Academy Collection Service for FUSA. I know how bad FUSA (many class action suits against them!), so I'm wondering if I should just lay low for a while yet as this debt was only charged-off less than 6 months ago.
Thanks for any and all input !

If there are/were class action lawsuits against them, there may be a better way t go than validation/dispute.
Look up your State's banking credit laws, write a cccr letter to FUSA with a copy to the FTC & your State AG's office requesting a complete accounting of all charges and fees and interest in accordance with your State banking credit rules and the FTC rules against pyramiding of late/and/or overlimit fees.Request they remove the account from any and all collection activities, including reporting to the CRA's until they have provided you with a complete explanation and proof they have not violated State & Federal laws.

Wear it out,
Make it do,
Or do without.
