A law office by the name of James A West in Texas was collecting on an account for Citibank. I settled with them for $1400 in 6/00. I was being harassed by one of their "gofers" and under diress I was wiring money and having money drafted from my account.......I haven't heard from them since, even though one of the last payments wasn't for the full amount. Out of ignorance, I didn't get a settlement letter. What's the next step? I feel a little intimidated, do I contact the law office or Citibank?
