This went over well in another thread, I (as its author) thought I'd share it with everyone.

Most people don'y know how to word an ITS letter, so I figured I'd offer one as if written by the Bard of Avon.

Forsooth, I percieve that it is a fact
That thou hath violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

The gods chant "what to do, what to do, what to do..."
Methinks there is but one course of action - to sue.

Thou has but a fortnight to send to me
Damages Statutory to make me happy.

One Hundred dollars times ten the damages be
That thou must remiit to me.

Refusal or failure to do would be crass
For I wouldst have no option but to sue your a$$."

To imitate hath the greatest flattery
    Quoteth until thy heart's content.

How about some Johnny Cochran quotes:

"Get of my reports or, we're off to court" or:
"If you cannot prove it, you must remove it".
