I just logged on the accountonline to check the balance of my Shell Citi Platinum Select Mastercard. Then I clicked on the item limit increase and it came back the message: Congratulations! Your credit line can be immediately increased by $1500 for a total new credit line of $7500. During the evaluation process, a credit bureau report was not pulled. I clicked yes to accept the increase of limit increase. I have Shell Platinum Select MC since 4/2003. Ron.
Congratulations on the increase. I may have to think about a Shell card again since they're Citi. I canceled when it was a Chase card, as I'm not doing business with them anymore.
Hedwig, Thanks.I like my Shell Platinum Select MC since the gas is expensive. It give me 5% gas rebate. I think you have to use 9 time a year to waive the annual fee. I applied for Chase i-Card and they denied me because balances/credit ratio is too high. Ron.
