Thread: Son of Nutcase-quick question...

I am sending a second letter to IC Systems for a paid collections. They have not responded to my first ltr. IC Systems would not give me a contact name to address the letter to, so I sent it to IC Systems. Should I send the 2nd one to the the person who signed the green card? Or escalate to a higher rank?

Maybe a strongly worded e-mail or fax addressed to the above folks will get some results (not sure on all the e-mails, but I tested some as valid). History of validation requests, lack of validation and communication, etc. Good luck !
