Hello There, I was call by Statefarm at work today in letting me know that the visa has been approve for $2500 not the best cr line but is better than nothing they have a guideline that they use for giving the amount of the cr line and the apr is 11.65% is a start the rep told me that after a good 6 mos ontime payments the cr line will be raise. Hello Ron, THANK YOU! wow they have a red platinum card.... is hard to get the platinum from them... the rep told me that they go by income you put on the app and credit report info congrats to you on getting the platinum from them.... I will let you know what I think of the card when I receieve it.... Thank You for your support.... hey by the way Ron did you apply for the Umbrellabank checking they will automatically consider you for their visa too.... I got approve for the checking, overdraft protection I decline cause of the annual fee and high apr did accept the awards platinum visa with a $5000 line.... Still nothing from State Farm and the mail has run today. I applied via mail 3/2, credit checked on 3/9. Anyone know how to call them.. maybe I will get hubby to make a call tonight.
Hello Cherie, I just apply for the card yesterday online and they check my credit the same day call customer service and found out that they needed additional info for the app to finish processing I fax them the info they needed last evening and today I got a call from the credit dept letting me know that they got the info from me and the visa is approve today... so only took them 1 day to process my app... I would call the customer service no and press 1 for visa press 0 for a rep and ask to speak to the credit dept... they will pass you over to them... you might already been approve but did'nt receive a call or card yet from them... once you are approve it will take about 2 weeks to actually get the card.... hope this info helps and good luck to you... Hello Ron, Wow you are on a roll you got the Juniper visa and fist usa and the signature card coming wow major congrats!! I got a Juniper Platinum MC with them since march of last year and they raise my cl from $7500 to $11000 about 3 mos ago but then they jack up my apr to 16.99% I always pay on time with them not one single late payment they told me cause of economic reasons I did'nt believe it when they told me that. in the drawer it goes. I am not using it becuase of that I only use it like once a month for online subscriptions and that is about it... don't have first usa don't have citibank.... afraid to apply for citibank becuase maybe on BL... thanks to my ex girlfriend..... Kevin, I got pre-approval offer from Juniper Bank for Platinum Visa. I applied on-line and they approved me $500. Everyone told me to close the account but I didn't. I keep it is tough to get and I hope they will increase my limit after 6 months of perfect payment. I Haven't received the card yet. I applied for First USA Cash Rewards on the web and they approved me for $5000. Citibank USA approved me HHonors Visa Signature Card and I didn't know what credit limit is. They just approved my application last Friday. I applied for three cards and none of the card got denied yet. Thanks for your reply. Ron.
Hello Ron, I can't believe Juniper only gave you a $500 card! that is dumb according to what I see from your post you got almost all platinum cards with high lines why $500 from Juniper... I hope after the 6 mos you will get a higher line from them.... please let me know how the regular card looks like when you get it the platinum card is mostly green like the translucent style... is a cool looking card but I don't like the apr at all.... Kev, We got the state farm card. They said it was approved on March 13th. It has a CL of 3,000.. only needed $1800 to do the BT I wanted. It will be 2.9% until September 10th.. 11.65% thereafter.. hopefully there will be no" thereafter". I know I won't be able to pay off $1800 by September so I'll just make the mininum payments while I make payments to my higher interest credit cards.. which.. after I make yet another move this week..... Chase 5,140 to a citi-bank 3.9% (until paid card).. will be 4.75% w/ Bank of Amer.. . ta da.. I've learned how to do this. Cherie

Kevin, I was disappointed that they give me $500. By the way I was unable to get approved without pre-approval. Theyt denied me twice because not enough credit history. I hope that they give me higher credit limit and lower APR after six months. They told me they reviewed my account every three months for increasing credit limit or lower APR. Ron.
Hello Ron, I hope that they will give you a better cr line in 6 mos or earlier.... about lowering the apr that is a joke for me... originally when the account was open is 0% for 6 months... after that I talk with them and they gave me another 4 mos at 9.9% fixed and after they gave me this they jack my apr up to 16.99% effective the mar statement I talk to them again and they told me that they have to raise it due to economic reasons.... that is crap.... is okay I have other ones that I can use with lower apr's well I guess just keep them for now and it should be a good reference it is a hard card to get... I was approve online instantly back in mar of last year so I will keep them base on that... good luck with it and good luck with all your other accounts as well that you got new! Thx, Kev
kevin, My brother got the different pre-approval offer for their Platinum Mastercard from them last October. He applied on-line and he got approved for $6000 instantly. After four months they lowered his rate from 15.99% to 12.99%. Thanks for your reply. Ron.
Hello ron, Congrats to you brother on his low apr... I will just keep this card cause is a hard to get card and I will just see what happens I wonder is because I don't use it much and that's why they are raising up my apr... maybe I should use it more and see what happens... anyways I see that you got everbank platinum visa card Congrats on that... I have trade lines over 5 years old and some even longer... is it a nice looking card..... please let me know my ce score now is 697 with 2 inqs including the statefarm inq already... should I apply for everbank you think?
