Are there any subprime cards that allow balance transfers?

I doubt it. Most subprime cards start with a very low credit limit which would pretty much make balance transfers a mute point.

Good point. In addition, most subprime cards have very similar (read high) interest rates, so a balance transfer from one to another would offer little benefit.
