Thread: Sue Experian????

Hi everyone.....

I disputed several of my student loans as duplicates at the end of June. Six days later, they came back verified. I just contacted my servicer (PHEAA) and they had no dispute requests in June at all!

How do I go about this? I'd like to go after Experian hard at this point. Do I send a letter first requesting deletion or do I file suit first?
