Basically the judge was against us from the getgo. He denied every motion we filed, he dismissed our countersuit, in the pretrial he was heavily favoring the plaintiff's attourney and they didnt even have 1 piece of evidence!

Long story short, I made them an offer to settle for 1/2 of the amount. I was pretty sure we were going to lose anyways..If I have any advice, next time around I'd hire an attourney from the getgo and not do pro-se again.
