   Just wondering if this statement is true or not.
   
   I read in an earlier post that applying through Lendingtree.com for CC's does not pull a hard inquiry & that they use Trans Union.
   
   Can anyone else verify that?

   When I tried Lending Tree it was a soft inquiry for me and they pulled Transunion. Based on my experience I would say it's true.
