Thread: TU disputes denied

I disputed my address, it is a po box and it is listed wrong on TU
1234 PO BOX 1234
is what it says, even thought it should be
PO BOX 1234

They actually sent me a letter saying 'our software can not handle po box entries and placed the last digits in front of the address as well because it is expecting a number to come first'

Well I can get denied credit for the address being incorrect, so this is annoying.

Also, I disputed some inquiries that are not legit. They also stuck in another paragraph on the same letter
"we cannot dispute inquiries, you need to take it up with the place that made the inquiries"

well how am I supposed to do that? There arent addresses or anything listed with the inquiries, and they are places like Geico, Allstate, which branch made the inquiries? I mean gheez.
One of them is "Gail K permissable purpose" who is that?

You can get the addresses from the CRA or I got addresses from every one listed on my credit report, including inquiries from Truecredit (dot) com. I purchased the 3-1 report and it listed all addresses. Hope this helps.
