Thread: TU online Username

Can someone tell me where I can find my username on my TU report to check my report online. I was able to login on over the weekend and they sent me a pass word but I don't know where to find the username.

The User Name is on the page that gives you your order number, after you enter all your data, but before you view the CR. It's the page that said "Please print this page as a receipt for your records". Hopefully you did. That page also has a phone number for questions, problems, concerns: 800-916-8800.

If you don't have it, I read in another thread, that you can start all over again and get another report. I haven't verified that.

I sent an email to TU customer service, and they sent me back a promotional code so that I could get another Free report and get my username. I'd try sending them a message.
