I tried looking for the registered agent for Unique National Collections in the NYS Department of State Business Database and the company is not listed at all. Does this mean that they are not licensed to do business in the state of new york? If so, what does implications does this have for my collection account with them? Must they drop it? And what implications does this present for the New York Public Library for retaining them to collect on the account? Please Advise.
They apparently collect on overdue library material if you want to know what the account is. Geez...I think I need to pay for my overdue library books! Yikes! Who would have thought????
