Has anyone had any experience with an agency that says that they are in the pre-litigation department for United Federal Bank working through Bahamas Marketing Group and Payday loans? Kathy called me stating that I had until 1:00 to repay my debt. When I asked her for documentation supporting this debt, she pretty much blew me off.
