    WFNNB Threatening Civil Suit

    I just got a call from an "Investigator" who is investigating a "complaint" against me for a $1K Ann Taylor account. I told her the account is disputed, but she said the time was too late for that and they are filing a "civil suit" against me. Any advice?

    Even if it's the OC? WFNNB is a bank; An Taylor is the store -- not sure how to characterize them. But, I think they're the OC...
