I received a court summons on an old cc debt (2 months before SOL) and now wonder what the next steps are? Will be glad to provide any info. state is kansas. This action also caused me to look at my credit report. there are 2 listed on there that are beyond the SOL. How do I go about geting them off, or can I?

first you have to prepare your court case if you don't they can get a default judgement so make sure you show up.the other two dispute them.

How do I dispute them? They were bought by a collection agency and relisted under a different account number and showed that I have made a payment recently when I have not.
prepare my case? I will show up and then I have 10 days to answer. I guess I will use the graduated denial? Any links to how to do this properly?

I suspect you should focus on the court case that is your trouble and not things that will just fall off on their own.
