What are judgements? And how do you know if you have one? Are they shown on your credit report? I have had 3 chargeoffs about 2yrs ago, will these be judgements on my credit report.

A judgment is a court order to pay money. In order to have a judgment against you, the creditor must sue you.

You need to get a copy of your 3 credit reports - Equifax, Experian, Trans Union.

Then you will know if you have any judgements. The judgements will clearly appear on your credit reports.
