Chevron does. But, you need to apply for their regular card. If not approved for their regular card, they MAY send you an offer for their credit builder card.

Not an official "credit builder" but Fashion Bug was v. lenient w/ me way back when. Don't know if they're your cup of tea though.

What were your scores like to get the credit builder? I am in the low 500's, and don't know if I should even bother..... Are there fees involved, or is it secured in some way? I just want to know from some who have it before I call or click to apply. Thanks!

    chevron pulled EQ on me.
once denied, you can call them using their account services number on their website (i think you see it when you are declined)
give them your application ID number and they will tell you right then if they have decided to extend you the credit builder offer.

based on the miles I drive everyday and the amount of my income, they said I could have the max amount , which was $300.00 at the time (might have changed now, dunno).

My FICO score was about 570 at the time.

They wont report for 3 months to the credit bureaus, and even at that time, I've read it will sit in a 'Too New To Rate' status for at least 2 more months.
